SH Group (Holdings) Limited announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shun Hing E & M Engineering Limited (SHEM), has secured a letter of intent naming the firm as nominated sub-contractor for a major electrical and mechanical (E&M) package in Tai Po, New Territories.

The project covers supply and installation of comprehensive E&M systems—including mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical works, plumbing and drainage, fire services, steam plant, town gas and compressed air—for specialised facilities at the site. The estimated contract sum is approximately HK$150.00 million.

SHEM signed and returned the binding letter of intent in April 2026; it will serve as the governing agreement with the main contractor until a formal subcontract is executed. The Board emphasised that no profit forecast has been made in relation to this engagement and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
