BJ ENT WATER (00371) has announced the completion of its issuance of the first tranche of medium-term notes for the 2026 fiscal year to qualified investors on April 13, 2026. According to the book-building results, the total issuance size of the 2026 first tranche medium-term notes is 1.5 billion yuan, with a five-year term maturing in April 2031. The coupon rate is set at 1.94% per annum. The proceeds from the issuance of these notes will be used to repay the company's outstanding bonds.
