Yankuang Energy Group (01171) Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary and Change of Authorized Representative

Mr. Wong Wai Chiu has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative of Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 01171) effective 11 February 2026 due to a change in work arrangement. According to the announcement, Mr. Wong confirmed no disagreement with the board of directors and no other matters needing to be brought to shareholders’ attention.
Mr. Wong’s contribution to the company was acknowledged, and with effect from 11 February 2026, Mr. Lam Kang Chi has been appointed as an authorized representative. Mr. Huang Xiaolong, who has been recognized by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as qualified to serve as company secretary, will continue as the sole company secretary of the company.
