FAMEGLOW: No Share Capital Movements in May 2026; Issued Shares Steady at 818.92 Million

Fameglow Holdings Limited (FAMEGLOW) reported that its authorised share capital remained unchanged at HKD 100.00 million, equivalent to 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, for the month ended 31 May 2026.

The company’s issued share base was stable at 818.92 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding and no changes recorded during the period. Fameglow also confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent.

Under its Share Option Scheme dated 21 September 2018, 80.00 million share options were outstanding as at 31 May 2026. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised during the month.

There were no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements in effect, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares were reported.

The disclosure was authorised by Director Yip Chun Kwok Danny and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 June 2026.
