本次交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数保持750,000,000股，其中不含库藏股的已发行股份数量降至718,396,000股，库藏股增至31,604,000股。购回授权于2025年8月20日获股东大会通过，授权总额为63,071,200股；截至目前，累计已购回31,604,000股，约占获授权时已发行股份的5.01%。
