Citigroup has raised the annual compensation for its Chief Executive Officer, Jane Fraser, to $42 million. The compensation package includes a base salary of $1.5 million. The board of directors stated that under Fraser's leadership, the company's five major business units achieved positive operating leverage and recorded unprecedented revenue.
