Greater China Holdings Announces Executive Director and CEO Resignation

Greater China Holdings (00021) has announced that Ms. Wong Man Hei has resigned from her roles as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 4, 2026, to dedicate more time to her personal and professional commitments.
Following her resignation, Ms. Wong will also step down from her position as a member of the company's Nomination Committee and will cease to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
