The issue price was set at 8.66 yuan per share, with valid online subscriptions from 9,428,778 accounts for 816.92 billion shares.

Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that its controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Jingce, recently signed a sales contract worth 223 million yuan to sell semiconductor front-end measurement and inspection equipment, including film thickness series products and OCD equipment. Over the past twelve months, cumulative contracts with this client have reached 330 million yuan, which is expected to positively impact the company's operating results.

YinXin Technology Group Co.,Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zhan Lixiong, has been served with a divorce petition by his spouse, Zheng Dan, requesting divorce and asset division. The case is currently in the acceptance stage and has not yet been heard in court. The potential financial impact is unclear. Zhuzhou Ouke Carbide Tools Co., Ltd. expects first-half net profit between 360 million and 420 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46,239% to 54,062%.

Lingyun Guangke anticipates first-half net profit of around 663 million yuan, up roughly 590% year-on-year.

Hygon Information Technology Co., Ltd. forecasts first-half net profit in the range of 1.70 billion to 1.83 billion yuan, representing growth of 41.50% to 52.32%.
