Nanofilm completes voluntary winding up of dormant Japanese subsidiary

Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (MZH) said on Apr, 24 2026 that the voluntary winding up of its wholly owned subsidiary, Nanofilm Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., has been completed under Japanese law.

The company added that the dissolution of the dormant unit is not expected to have any material impact on the group’s earnings per share or net tangible asset value per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

None of the directors has any direct or indirect interest in the deregistration, other than through their respective shareholdings in the company.

The move follows Nanofilm’s earlier notice on Mar, 28 2025 outlining plans to liquidate the subsidiary.
