HYSAN DEV (00014) announced that on October 3, 2025, Kwong Wan (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) as vendor entered into separate agreements with buyers, pursuant to which: (i) under the terms and conditions of Agreement 1, Kwong Wan agreed to sell Unit 1 to Buyer A (Sharp Focus Limited) for a consideration of HK$56.39 million; (ii) under the terms and conditions of Agreement 2, Kwong Wan agreed to sell Unit 2 and Unit 3 to Buyer B (Mr. Nicolas Hugh Ingram) for a total consideration of HK$77.23 million.
Unit 1: a residential unit located at Bamboo Grove with a saleable area of approximately 2,191 square feet. Unit 2: a residential unit located at Bamboo Grove with a saleable area of approximately 1,451 square feet. Unit 3: a residential unit located at Bamboo Grove with a saleable area of approximately 1,503 square feet.
Bamboo Grove is a residential project developed by HYSAN Group, situated in the prime location of Caine Road, Mid-Levels in Hong Kong. The project comprises 6 residential towers with a total of 345 residential units and 436 parking spaces. Bamboo Grove is held by HYSAN Group for rental purposes. Since August 2025, HYSAN Group has been disposing of residential units in two residential towers (of which these units form part) and some parking spaces in phases. This project is part of HYSAN Group's capital recycling plan, which aims to achieve 3 major objectives: (i) optimize HYSAN Group's capital structure through deleveraging; (ii) unlock value from mature non-core residential assets; (iii) redeploy capital to the Company's strategic priority areas.
