Da Yu Financial Holdings Limited (DA YU FIN, 01073) expects to report a net profit after tax of approximately HK$37.00 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared to HK$23.00 million in the prior year.

The higher net profit after tax was attained despite a larger non-cash goodwill impairment provision. The increase is attributed mainly to a rise in bond investment income and an increase in asset management fee income.
