CAOCAO INC (02643) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned from his positions as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process. Mr. Wu Dongcheng has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective September 26, 2025. Mr. Zhong Xueyin will continue to serve in his role as the other joint company secretary.
