Domestic Futures Show Mixed Performance at Opening Session

At the opening session on February 9, 2026, major domestic futures contracts exhibited a mixed trend. Platinum surged more than 9%, while palladium climbed over 7%. Lithium carbonate and Shanghai silver both rose more than 5%, and Shanghai gold increased over 4%. Shanghai crude oil, Shanghai tin, Shanghai copper, and international copper all advanced more than 1%. On the downside, coking coal and coke dropped more than 2%. Soda ash, alumina, caustic soda, butadiene rubber, and glass all declined over 1%. Eventbrite Inc., rebar, and pulp fell nearly 1%.
