根据公告，本次回购前，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为716,457,350股，库藏股数为9,748,000股。回购完成后，截至2026年10月20日收市，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减少至716,397,350股，库存股份增加至9,808,000股，总已发行股份数维持726,205,350股。
公司同时披露，回购授权于2026年5月20日获批，可回购股份总数为71,646,135股。公司已综合各证券交易所共回购2,064,000股，占回购授权获通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.28808%。公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式批准，并符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书张菡兮签署。
