福田股份有限公司（08196）于2025年12月31日发布翌日披露报表，宣布根据此前于2025年12月10日签署的配售协议，正式配发及发行7,470,000股新股份。该数额占发行前已发行股本的16.41%，发行价为每股港币0.60，涉及总金额约港币4,482,000。
本次股份配发完成后，公司已发行股本由45,524,880股增至52,994,880股，库藏股数维持为零。福田股份表示，相关发行已获董事会授权，并遵循香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规之规定。
