Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited released a prospectus dated 25 June 2026 detailing a proposed rights issue on the basis of one rights share for every three existing shares held on the record date. The offer will be conducted on a non-underwritten basis.

The bilingual prospectus is now accessible under the “Circulars” section of the company’s website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/citychamp). Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to provide functional e-mail addresses to their bank, broker, custodian or nominee so future corporate communications can be delivered electronically. Without a valid e-mail or postal address on file, no further notifications of publication will be sent.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may complete and mail the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the pre-paid label provided. Printed materials will be supplied free of charge.
