与此同时，百融云创于同日向根据2021年3月16日获批准的首次公开发售后购股权计划之合资格人士发行4,000股新股，发行价为每股9.602港元。完成上述回购及发行后，公司于2025年12月31日的已发行股本为388,170,599股，库存股份增至6,323,000股，总股份数为394,493,599股。
公告同时披露，公司于2025年5月30日获得回购授权，授权可回购数量为46,654,089股。截至公告日期，累计已回购6,934,000股，约占回购授权时已发行股本1.4863%。百融云创确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例，所有回购及发行均获董事会正式批准。
