An indirect, non-wholly-owned subsidiary of New Century Group (00234) has entered into a lending arrangement. The subsidiary, Easy Cash Finance, acting as the lender, executed a loan agreement with a group of clients, who are the borrowers, on July 9, 2026.
Under the terms of this agreement, Easy Cash Finance has agreed to extend a mortgage loan to these clients. The principal amount of the loan is HK$8.7 million, and it is set for a term of 12 months.
