IMPRO PRECISION INDUSTRIES LIMITED (Stock Code: 1286) Proposes to End Existing Share Option Scheme and Introduce New Share Option Scheme

On 28 October 2025, IMPRO PRECISION INDUSTRIES LIMITED (Stock Code: 1286) announced a proposal to terminate its existing share option scheme, which was adopted on 15 June 2018 and set to expire on 14 June 2028. Since its adoption, no share options have been granted under the scheme.

According to the announcement, the proposed new share option scheme is designed to align with the amended Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules, effective from 1 January 2023. The adoption of the new scheme, which aims to provide incentives and rewards to eligible participants and support the group’s long-term objectives, is subject to approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. The Stock Exchange is also expected to grant approval for the listing of and permission to deal in shares issuable under the new scheme.

A circular containing further details of the proposal, along with notice of the extraordinary general meeting, will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
