Lianlian DigiTech Repurchases 72,500 H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 41.09 Million

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. reported a minor adjustment to its share capital following an on-market share buyback executed on 9 October 2026.

The company acquired 72,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 3.22 to HKD 3.305 per share, representing a volume-weighted average price of HKD 3.27568. The aggregate consideration totalled approximately HKD 0.24 million.

Key post-transaction metrics:

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 430.67 million from 430.75 million, a reduction of 0.0168%. • Treasury shares increased to 41.09 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 471.76 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises Lianlian DigiTech to repurchase up to 43.60 million shares. Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 8.90 million shares under the mandate, equivalent to 2.04% of the issued shares outstanding as of the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting the moratorium’s end date at 8 November 2026.

The board confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules, legal provisions and internal authorisations.
