AK Medical executes HKD 1.40 million share buyback; cumulative repurchases hit 4.46 million shares

AK Medical Holdings Limited disclosed a Next Day Return confirming the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 15 April 2026 at HKD 7.00 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.40 million.

The latest transaction lifts total buybacks under the 18 June 2025 general mandate to 4.46 million shares, equivalent to 3.97 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation, though the 1.12 billion issued share count remains unchanged pending formal cancellation.

The mandate authorises AK Medical to repurchase up to 112.27 million shares, leaving roughly 107.81 million shares—about 96 % of the mandate—still available. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues runs through 15 May 2026.

Recent buyback activity (all for cancellation, not yet removed from the register): • 06 Feb 2026: 640,000 shares at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 5.92 • 13 Feb 2026: 1.09 million shares at HKD 6.21 • 16 Feb 2026: 1.14 million shares at HKD 6.18 • 26 Mar 2026: 1.19 million shares at HKD 6.02 • 01 Apr 2026: 100,000 shares at HKD 6.34 • 02 Apr 2026: 100,000 shares at HKD 6.40 • 15 Apr 2026: 200,000 shares at HKD 7.00

Post-transaction, the official issued share capital is unchanged at 1,123.92 million shares, with all regulatory confirmations submitted by the company secretary, Ma Rongkun.
