DPC Dash Ltd has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 9:00 a.m. on 10 July 2026, to be conducted entirely online via http://meetings.computershare.com/DPCEGM2026.
Key resolutions to be tabled:
1. Equity option grant • Confirmation and approval of 1.65 million share options awarded to Executive Director Ms Yi Wang on 28 May 2026 under the 2022 First Share Incentive Plan.
2. Share award grant • Confirmation and approval of 1.66 million share awards granted to Ms Yi Wang on the same date and under the same plan.
3. Refresh of scheme mandate limit • Renewal of the 2022 First Share Incentive Plan limit, allowing new options and awards for up to 10% of the Company’s issued share capital (excluding any treasury shares) as at the EGM approval date. Directors will be authorised to allot and issue shares within the refreshed cap in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Logistics and voting arrangements: • Record date: 10 July 2026; share transfer books close 7–10 July 2026. • Shareholders may participate and vote electronically or by proxy; proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at least 48 hours before the meeting. • Poll voting results will be published on the HKEX and company websites.

The proposed resolutions aim to advance management incentives and expand the Company’s capacity to issue equity-linked awards, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming virtual EGM.
