Chia Tai Enterprises (03839) Announces January 2026 Monthly Return

Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited (03839) released its latest monthly return for the period ended 31 January 2026. The total authorised share capital stood at US$80 million, comprising 787,389,223 ordinary shares and 12,610,777 preference shares, both with a par value of US$0.10. There was no change from the previous month.

The number of issued ordinary shares remained at 240,718,310, while preference shares stayed at 12,610,777; no treasury shares were recorded. The company confirmed that it met the 25% threshold for public float as of the end of January 2026.

In terms of potential share issuance, the share option scheme reflected no exercise during the period. A maximum of 24,071,831 ordinary shares remained available for issuance under the scheme. The convertible preference shares balance remained unchanged at US$1,261,077.7, representing 12,610,777 shares convertible into ordinary shares if exercised.

The return was submitted on 4 February 2026 by the company secretary, in accordance with relevant Exchange Listing Rules.
