Hong Kong-listed property management company COLOUR LIFE released its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year on the evening of 31 August. According to the financial report, the company recorded main business revenue of RMB 1.011 billion in the first half of the year, with net profit of RMB 34.1 million and profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 25.1 million.
As the property management industry transitions away from rapid expansion towards a model focused on quality and efficiency, COLOUR LIFE has adjusted its growth strategy by selectively pursuing high-quality projects and optimising its business structure. As of the end of June, the company's contracted managed area stood at 229 million square metres, spanning 110 cities nationwide with 1,380 residential communities under management, further strengthening its scale advantages.
On the digital front, COLOUR LIFE has fully deployed smart systems including AI-powered inspections, intelligent equipment management and closed-loop task supervision. A total of 7,355 smart devices have been connected, generating nearly 60,000 closed-loop work orders cumulatively, improving operational efficiency while keeping management costs effectively controlled.
In terms of business innovation, the company has leveraged its "Huayang Bao" platform to build a "insurance + community" model, achieved stage-by-stage profitability in its community elderly care business, and carved out a second growth curve in community lifestyle services.
