Fameglow Holdings Limited (stock code: 8603) reported revenue of approximately HK$284.6 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025, an increase from around HK$169.5 million in the same period last year. Net profit reached approximately HK$20.8 million, compared with approximately HK$16.4 million previously. No interim dividend was recommended.
The group attributed the stronger performance to increased market demand and expanded operations, including the opening of five new centers in Mong Kok, Kowloon Tong, Lai Chi Kok, Central, and Wan Chai. It recorded staff costs of roughly HK$115.9 million, in line with a total headcount of 479 employees. The group also reported a rise in depreciation tied to newly added right-of-use assets and property, plant, and equipment.
The gearing ratio was approximately 103.7% as of 30 September 2025, and the group held about HK$40.5 million in bank balances and cash. During the period, capital expenditures stood at approximately HK$28.2 million, primarily for new treatment devices and renovation needs. The group stated it will continue monitoring industry conditions while remaining focused on providing medical aesthetic services in Hong Kong.
