MEDLIVE (02192) has announced the issuance of new shares. A total of 300,000 ordinary shares were issued on March 4, 2026, to a company director who exercised share options. This issuance was made under the pre-IPO share option scheme adopted on March 29, 2021. Separately, an additional 25,000 ordinary shares were issued on the same date to an employee who also exercised share options under the same pre-IPO scheme.
