山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（“威高股份”，股票代码01066）于2026年4月14日公告披露，公司在香港联交所场内回购22万股H股，占已发行股本约0.0049%。本次回购每股价格区间介乎港币3.56港元至3.60港元，总金额约78.70万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本约为4,471,366,724股，库藏股数量增至50,965,600股。根据公告，威高股份于2025年5月27日通过购回授权，授权范围为451,560,392股。截至此次回购后，公司已累计回购44,317,200股，占授权通过时公司已发行股本约9.8142%。
公司确认此次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
