Oriental Pay Group Holdings (08613) has issued an announcement stating that at the annual general meeting, Mr. Henrich Stefan, who was then an independent non-executive director, despite being eligible to stand for re-election at the annual general meeting, had informed the board that due to his decision to devote more time to his other personal affairs, he would retire and would not stand for re-election. As a result, he retired as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
