Saba Capital Management宣布，Voya旗下两只基金——Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (IHD) 与 Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (IAE) ——将合并至Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund。
此举旨在整合资源、优化管理结构并提升运营效率。合并后，原IHD与IAE的资产将统一由Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund的专业团队进行多元化配置，重点聚焦于新兴市场股票投资机会。
基金合并预计将为投资者带来更集中的投资策略、更低的运营成本以及更高效的资金利用。Voya方面表示，这一调整符合其长期战略，旨在强化在新兴市场领域的资产管理能力，并为持有人创造持续价值。
