Fountain Set (Holdings) Limited disclosed on 8 May 2026 that its latest Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (collectively, the Current Corporate Communication) are now available on both the company’s website (http://www.fshl.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS participants—may obtain the documents in hard copy by completing and returning the prescribed Request Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Mailing within Hong Kong is postage-paid; overseas requests require appropriate postage. The Request Form can be downloaded from either the company’s or HKEX’s website.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide their email addresses to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). Until a functional email address is registered, the company will continue to send only printed notices of publication.
