8月22日，上证指数午后涨0.77%，站上3800点，续创10年新高；上证指数年内涨近450点，涨幅超13%。AI芯片、小金属、教育、算力、稀土永磁、PCB等概念涨幅居前；化肥、纺织服装、采掘、银行、农业等概念回调。全市约2100股上涨，3100股下跌，主力资金净流入约12亿元。
摩根士丹利认为，在流动性改善、债券和储蓄资金流出、以及投资者对政策放松的信心增强等因素推动，中国股市目前的升势可能会持续到夏季结束。
该行在报告中重申，相对境外中资股超配A股。此外，境内债券收益率走势似乎表明，在岸投资者对长期宏观前景的看法正在变得更加正面。
大摩称，投资者可能受到更多坚定反内卷举措和宽松措施更快速推出的鼓舞，对“政策底”的更高期望可能反过来增强市场对长期宏观前景的信心。
