WEB3 META (08093) announced that Mr. Chen Ce has retired as the company's independent non-executive director following the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Effective immediately after the AGM, he will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, nor as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
