8月19日，时代电气（03898）公告称，公司第八届董事会第三次会议审议通过《关于使用闲置自有资金进行现金管理的议案》，同意在不影响日常经营且确保资金安全的前提下，使用不超过人民币1,500,000万元（折合150亿元）或等额外币的暂时闲置自有资金购买安全性高、流动性好、约定保本的现金管理产品。
