联合利华(英国)(UL)今日盘中大涨8.60%，股价强势走高，引发市场广泛关注。

消息面上，公司于当日发布了半年度财报，业绩全面超出市场预期。数据显示，联合利华第二季度基础销售额同比增长5.8%，远高于分析师此前预测的4.3%，整体营业额攀升至130亿欧元（约合147.8亿美元）。其中产品销量增幅高达5.5%，创下逾十年最高纪录。上半年调整后每股收益达1.88美元，同比增长8.05%；营收达299.02亿美元；基础销售增长4.8%。在区域表现方面，北美市场基础销售额增长3.6%，销量增幅达4.4%，双双超出预期，与雀巢等同行形成鲜明对比。家庭清洁品牌Cif、美容洗护品牌Sunsilk等均录得双位数增长，多芬香皂在美国、印度等关键市场也被消费者踊跃购买。

业绩强劲的同时，公司上调了全年销售增长指引至4%-6%区间，而此前预期处于该区间低端。公司预计下半年基础销售增速将维持在4%至5%之间，主要由定价驱动。全年销量增长预期也从2%上调至3%，基础营业利润率将在2025年20%的基础上实现温和提升。市场分析认为，联合利华聚焦健康与个人护理业务的战略转型正在见效，其产品组合能够实现远超多数同业的增长，增强了市场对公司长期增长动能的信心，从而推动股价盘中大幅走高。
