同日，公司在香港联交所场内回购1,148,000股普通股，最高回购价为441.80港元，最低回购价为430.40港元，涉及总金额约5.01亿港元，占公司已发行股本约0.01259%。
根据2026年5月13日通过的购回授权，公司可回购最多911,799,163股。截至2026年6月1日，已累计回购11,334,000股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本的约0.1243%。
公司确认，上述发行及回购行为均已获董事会正式批准，并符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书刘淑仪签署。
