LUXSHARE ICT fixes H-share IPO price at HK$63.28; Main Board debut slated for 9 July 2026

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (trading name: LUXSHARE ICT) has set the offer price for its Hong Kong H-share initial public offering at HK$63.28 per share, according to an announcement dated 7 July 2026.

The pricing follows the publication of the company’s prospectus on 30 June 2026 and precedes the expected listing of its H Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on 9 July 2026. Shares will trade in board lots of 100.

Key timetable and offering details: • 8 July 2026: The company plans to release information on the level of demand in the International Offering, subscription statistics for the Hong Kong Public Offering, and the basis of share allocations. • 9 July 2026: Conditional dealings in H Shares are expected to begin, provided the Global Offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 a.m. that day. • 5 August 2026: Latest date for potential price-stabilisation activities, which may be conducted by Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. acting as Stabilizing Manager on behalf of the underwriters.

The Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement may be terminated by the Joint Sponsors and Overall Coordinators at any time up to 8:00 a.m. on the Listing Date upon the occurrence of specified events outlined in the prospectus.

No public offering of the H Shares will take place in the United States, and any sales there must comply with applicable exemptions under the U.S. Securities Act.
