2026年5月22日，保诚（股票代码：02378）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，该公司于2026年5月19日回购并注销527,219股普通股，占原已发行股本约0.020897%，每股购回价为GBP 11.2885，变动后公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）总数为2,522,407,154股。

此外，保诚于5月20日回购尚未注销的251,922股股份，占当日公司已发行股本约0.009985%，每股购回价为GBP 11.2323；5月21日再度回购尚未注销的251,161股股份，占当日公司已发行股本约0.009955%，每股购回价为GBP 11.4215。根据公告，该公司当日（5月21日）在伦敦证券交易所回购上述251,161股，最高购回价GBP 11.5，最低购回价GBP 11.3，合计耗资GBP 2,868,634.35（约286.86万英镑），上述回购股份拟作注销处理。

公告还披露，保诚的购回授权于2025年5月14日获通过，授权回购股份总数为262,668,701股。截至目前，已累计回购的股份数量为90,269,158股，占授权当日公司已发行股本约3.465786%。公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由副集团秘书吴慧贤签署。
