Rego Interactive Co., Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2026 in Hangzhou, with every item on the nine-point agenda passed by poll with unanimous shareholder support.

1. Voting profile • Shares in issue at AGM date: 1.66 billion • Voting-entitled shares (excluding 14.86 million unvested award shares): 1.65 billion • Shares voted: 895.30 million, representing c.54% of those entitled • For each of the nine ordinary resolutions, 100% of votes cast were in favour; zero votes were cast against.

2. Board and governance resolutions • 2025 audited financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports adopted. • Independent non-executive directors Ms Mo Lan, Mr Shen Yunjia and Mr Zeng Liang were all re-elected. • The Board received authority to set directors’ remuneration. • BDO Limited was re-appointed as external auditor, with remuneration to be fixed by the Board.

3. Capital management authorities • General mandate to issue new shares of up to 20% of issued share capital approved. • Authority to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares granted. • Extension of the issuance mandate by the amount of shares repurchased endorsed.
