BASIC H NEWLIFE (08360) announced that Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 19, 2025, due to a failure to reach consensus on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

The Board further announced that, upon considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has resolved to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective December 23, 2025. This appointment fills the interim vacancy left by Zhongzheng Tianheng's resignation, with Evergreen's term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
