2026年8月12日，先健科技（01302）发布盈利预警称，依据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目及董事会初步评估，若剔除若干非经常性项目影响，预计期内录得本公司拥有人应占纯利约人民币1.1亿元至1.2亿元；而2025年同期录得纯利约人民币2.385亿元。
公告指出，盈利下降主要由于以下两点： 1. 收入下降； 2. 汇兑收益净额大幅减少。
若计入非经常性项目，包括以股份为基础的付款开支、按公平值计入损益的金融资产其他损益，以及与已决议不予推进的北京华医圣杰科技有限公司股权收购及发行可换股债券相关的预期交易费用，先健科技预计2026年上半年将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币30百万元至40百万元；而2025年同期则录得纯利约人民币55.1百万元。
公司表示，汇兑波动及预期交易费用属短期或一次性因素，不影响集团的长期运营及财务状况。
