Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (FOURSEMI) has reported a stable capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 October 2026.

Total registered share capital remained unchanged at RMB 112.00 million, split between 110.89 million H shares and 1.11 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No new shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

FOURSEMI reconfirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for its H shares, affirming that publicly held shares continue to meet exchange rules.

The filing also disclosed that during September 2026 the company had: • No grants or exercises under any share-option schemes. • No outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements. • No movements in treasury shares or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.
