CDB LEASING (01606) has announced that as the buyer, it entered into an asset purchase agreement with the sellers on April 17, 2026. The sellers include seven project companies wholly owned by Zhengtai Anneng Digital Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., such as Changde Chengtai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Prior to this transaction, within the preceding 12 months, the company, acting as the buyer, signed a previous asset purchase agreement with prior sellers on February 28, 2026. The prior sellers consisted of twelve project companies fully controlled by Zhengtai Anneng Digital Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., including Huizhou Pita i New Energy Co., Ltd. That agreement involved the sale and purchase of residential solar power stations and ancillary facilities situated in Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang provinces, as well as Tianjin municipality, for a total consideration of RMB 695 million.

The asset purchase agreement was executed by the company in the ordinary course of business. Entering into this agreement is intended to leverage the respective strengths of the parties, help increase the company's market share in the operating lease sector for residential photovoltaic new energy, and align with its business development strategy.
