On 28 April 2026, Winox Holdings Limited published three corporate documents for shareholders: 1) the 2025 Annual Report, 2) a shareholder circular dated 28 April 2026, and 3) the accompanying proxy form.

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company website (www.winox.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The board recommends shareholders view these materials online (the “Website Version”) to enhance efficiency and reduce paper use.

For non-registered shareholders who face difficulties accessing the electronic files—or who prefer hard copies—Winox will mail printed versions free of charge upon request. To obtain physical copies of the current or any future corporate communications, shareholders should: • complete and sign the enclosed Request Form; and • return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid label, or email a request to 6838-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders opting for ongoing electronic delivery must coordinate directly with their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide a functional email address. Until a valid email is recorded, notices of new publications will be dispatched only in printed form.
