GD-HKGBA Holdings' stock price plunged 6.18% during intraday trading on Tuesday, extending a multi-session decline as investors continue to take profits following a substantial recent rally.

The sell-off comes after the stock surged approximately 56% in a single week, driven by several positive catalysts including the company's successful transformation into an AI computing business, news about Doubao monetization, and plans to change its corporate name to GBA AI Computing. The company has pivoted to an intelligent computing model, with AI computing now representing 61.5% of total revenue and the business returning to profitability with full-year net income of RMB 73 million.

With these key developments now largely priced into the stock and significant gains accumulated over a short period, market participants have been locking in profits, leading to the consecutive sessions of declines exceeding 5%.
