公司指出，上述回购行为依照2025年5月28日获股东大会通过的购回授权进行。截至公告日，已根据该授权累计回购股份115,508,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的4.011%。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，公司确认遵守了所有适用的上市规则及相关法律法规。
