Ganfeng Lithium reminds shareholders to provide emails as it fully shifts to electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 30

Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (Ganfeng Lithium) has issued a reminder to its registered H-share shareholders that the company will henceforth distribute all corporate communications exclusively through electronic channels.

Dated 30 April 2026, the notice reiterates the framework first announced on 12 March 2024 and confirms that:

• Scope of materials: The electronic distribution covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Access channels: Both English and Chinese versions of every future document will be posted on the company’s website (www.ganfenglithium.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). • Actionable items by email: Materials that require shareholder action (“Actionable Corporate Communications”) will be emailed individually to each registered H-shareholder.

The company is requesting shareholders who have not yet done so to provide a valid email address. Two options are offered:

1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to register an email address; or 2. Complete and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If no functional email address is received, Ganfeng Lithium will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications in hard copy until updated contact details are supplied. Shareholders may still opt to receive printed copies of all communications by marking the relevant box on the reply form or emailing ganfeng.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such an instruction remains valid for one year from receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to the H-share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.

The notice is signed by Chairman Li Liangbin on behalf of the board.
