CHTC Fong's International (00641) announced that DaXin Liang Xue Lian (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 10, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint ShineWing HK CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective the same date, to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation. The appointment will remain valid until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
