Mapletree Logistics Trust Discloses Debt-Facility Trigger Clauses In New Loan

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. announced on Jan, 22 2026 that one of Mapletree Logistics Trust’s subsidiaries has entered into a new loan agreement containing change-of-manager conditions similar to those in its existing debt facilities.
If the manager is replaced or ceases to be a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd., lenders may cancel commitments or demand early repayment of debt facilities amounting to about 5.67 billion Singapore dollars.
The manager said there has been no breach of these conditions to date.
