ClearSign Combustion Corporation（纳斯达克：CLIR）近日向美国证券交易委员会提交文件，正式宣布将实施1股合并10股的反向股票拆分方案。此项公司重大资本结构调整措施，预计于2026年3月16日正式生效。
反向拆股后，股东每持有10股现有普通股将合并为1股新股。股权结构同步调整，公司流通股总数将按比例缩减，而每股面值维持不变。此举旨在提升每股交易价格，优化资本市场表现，同时符合上市监管要求。
该决议已获董事会批准，并将通过存托信托公司自动执行。股东无需采取额外操作，原有股权证书将继续有效，或由公司委托的转让代理统一换发新证。拆股后交易代码保持不变，但交易价格将按比例调整。
