Johnson Holdings (HKEX: 01955) has announced a significant advancement in its security and cleaning service operations.

Leveraging its professional and dependable service, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wah Shun Security Services Limited, has recently been awarded several key contracts by major cultural venues under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

These venues include the Hong Kong Space Museum and Astropark, the History Museum Group (Categories B and C), the Hong Kong Central Library, and the Shek Tong Tsui Municipal Services Building.

Each of these contracts spans a three-year term, with services commencing on June 1, 2026, representing a total contract value of approximately HK$100 million.

Concurrently, Wah Shun Security has secured a separate two-year security service contract for a large private residential estate, valued at around HK$40 million.

This project signifies the subsidiary's continued expansion within the property management market, with the group committed to providing residents with a secure and reassuring living environment.

Furthermore, the group has achieved notable success in the commercial cleaning sector by winning a cleaning service contract with a prominent Hong Kong educational institution.

This contract is valued at approximately HK$90 million.

In alignment with sustainable development principles, the group will introduce electric transport vehicles for campus services.

This initiative represents a practical step towards reducing carbon emissions starting from the campus, mitigating pollution risks to the school environment, and collaboratively contributing to a greener Hong Kong.

The board of directors believes these accomplishments not only reflect market recognition of the group's service quality but will also significantly enhance the market standing of Wah Shun Security.

The group will continue its efforts to expand its business scope, seeking further market opportunities, and utilizing its solid foundation to create more employment opportunities for the Hong Kong workforce.
